Wars of the Roses in England
- MAY 24: In Dublin, in the time of the Wars of the Roses of the impostor Lambert Simnel as an English king Edward VI. crowned. The London Regent Henry VII, however, holds the real Edward of Warwick from the House of York caught in the Tower. Trying to Henry VII to oust from power, fails to make it in the final battle of Stoke, with the defeat of the Yorkist.
