1963–64 Intertoto Cup
At the 3rd International Football Cup took in the season 1963/64, some 48 teams, including also participated for the first time teams from Belgium in part.
The final was won by Slovnaft Bratislava on Hohewarte 1-0 over Polonia Bytom.
Group stage
The teams were as divided into the first season, the geographical location into 12 groups, each with four teams. The groups A1 -A4 were determined for nations Belgium, France, Italy and Switzerland, groups B1 -B4 were distributed to the countries of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Sweden and in the groups C1 - C4 were the team from the German democratic Republic, Yugoslavia, Poland and Czechoslovakia represented.
The first group qualified for the knockout stage.
