The Federation Cup 1990 ( from 1995 Fed Cup ) was the 28th edition of the tennis tournament of national teams of women. It was played from July 21 to 29 in Peachtree World of Tennis, Norcross, United States. In the final, the teams from the United States and the Soviet Union faced each other, which won the United States 2-1.
