1999–2000 QSPHL season
The 1999/2000 season was the fourth regular season of Ligue de hockey semi- professionnelle du Québec ( LHSPQ ). The 14 teams completed in the regular season per 38 encounters. The point of best team in the regular season were the Garaga de Saint- Georges, while the Rapides de LaSalle for the first time, the Futura Coupe won in the play- offs.
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The As de Québec were conditionally added after one year of forced inactivity due to a violation of the league rules again in the LHSPQ, by Beaupré, Quebec, moved and changed their name to Caron & Guay de Beaupré.
- The Rapides de Lachute were by LaSalle, Quebec, moved and changed their name in Rapides de LaSalle.
- The Dinosaures de Sorel changed their name to Royaux de Sorel.
