2009–10 LNAH season
The 2009/10 season was the 14th regular season of Ligue Nord - Americaine de Hockey (until 2003 Ligue de hockey semi- professionnelle de Québec; until 2004 Ligue de hockey senior majeur du Québec ). The seven teams should complete in the regular season per 44 encounters, but the game plan had to because of the premature, financially -related, leaving the Lois Jeans de Pont- Rouge be changed. The point of best team in the regular season were the Saint -François de Sherbrooke, while the CRS Express de Saint -Georges for the first time, the Futura Coupe won in the play- offs.
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Chiefs de Saint- Hyacinthe stopped the game operation.
- The 98.3 FM de Saguenay changed their name to Marquis de Saguenay.
