2006–07 Slovak Extraliga season
The 2006/ 07 of Slovnaft Extraliga was the 14th regular hosting of the top division of Slovakia. In the playoff finals, the HC Slovan Bratislava sat HC Dukla Trenčín against by 4-0 and won the sixth Slovak championship in club history. Since the league was increased to the next season, had to be played no relegation round or Relegation.

Master of the 2006/07 season was the HC Slovan Bratislava, Dukla Trenčín against the won the whole sixth title in club history with a 4-0 sweep. Outstanding players in rows of Slovan were MVP Marek Uram, Sasu Hovi goalkeeper and Lubomir Hurtaj.
