2003–04 Slovak Extraliga season

The 2003/ 04 T-Com Extraliga was the eleventh regular hosting of the highest ice hockey league in Slovakia. In the playoff finals HC Dukla Trenčín the set with 4-2 against the HKm Zvolen and won the third Slovakian league title in club history. The MHC Martin, however, reached in the regular season, only the last place, so he had to stay in the first league. The MHC has been replaced by the masters of the second division, the HK Dubnica.

Playoffs

The play-offs were played in the " Best of Seven" mode.

The HC Dukla Trenčín hit the HKm Zvolen in the final series 4-2 and became champion Slovakian 2004.
