The Rijksweg 20 is a Dutch highway from West Country, the largest greenhouse culture area in the Netherlands, up to Gouda. The Rijksweg begins as N213 in Westerlee district and then performs for a few hundred meters as a dual carriageway on the Maasdijk district over. From Maassluis the actual highway begins. It forms including the northern part of the Rotterdam ring road. The highway leads Nieuwerkerk about the lowest point in the Netherlands. This is 6.75 m below the level of Amsterdam.
