Bagneux (Hauts-de-Seine)

Bagneux is a town with 38 002 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in France. The inhabitants call themselves Balnéolais.

Geography

Bagneux is a suburban community of Paris. The neighboring municipalities are Montrouge in the north, Châtillon and Fontenay -aux -Roses in the West, Sceaux and Bourg- la -Reine in the south and Arcueil Cachan and in the East.

Public transportation

Bagneux is served by the RER line B of the regional rail transport ( Réseau Express Régional ). It connects the city with Bourg- la -Reine and Arcueil. The public transport company RATP owns the licenses for the 6 local bus services and the metro line M13, which ends in Châtillon -Montrouge station. This station is also the starting point for a high-speed line of the TGV.
