Bengt Baron

Bengt Baron ( born March 6, 1962 in Nacka ) is a former Swedish swimmer.

At the Olympic Games in Moscow in 1980, he became Olympic champion in the 100 m backstroke. He benefited from the Olympic boycott of Americans and Canadians. Four years later in Los Angeles, he won again the bronze in the 4 x 100 m freestyle.

After his career as a swimmer, he worked for numerous well-known companies and in 2001 was CEO of Absolut Vodka.
