Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Launch Complex 13
Cape Canaveral AFS Launch Complex 13 (LC- 13) is a disused start ramp of the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Merritt Iceland, Cape Canaveral, Florida, USA. It was used to launch the Atlas rocket from the late 1950s to the late 1970s.
1966 and 1967 were of LC -13 all -offs of the Lunar Orbiter lunar probes instead.
In April 1978, the launch complex was shut down. The launch tower was declared in April 1984 a National Historic Landmark.
