Cycling at the 2008 Summer Paralympics
In the Summer Paralympics in Beijing in 2008 a total of 44 decisions in cycling will take place; 30 in the men, twelve in women and two in mixed doubles. Of this sum, 21 decisions in track cycling and 23 in road cycling. The races will take place in the Laoshan Velodrome and on the Changping Triathlon Venue between September 7th and 14th September.

Classes
When cycling is divided into the following classes of disability:
- B1 - B3: Visual Impairment
- LC1 - LC4: Motor problems
- CP1 - CP4: Cerebral palsy
- HCA - HCC: Hand Bike
Qualifications
For the 2008 Paralympics have 188 athletes, including 140 male and 48 female, qualified. 177 athletes qualified directly, eleven more were given a wildcard. These are not included in the table.

The elapsed time was a factor, which is calculated from the degree of disability, multiplied. The places were offered after the end time. So it was possible that both the gold and the bronze medalist in her disability class lined up a new world record.

These times come from the qualification in which Kenny his own world record significantly improved again. The race for gold between him and Yong -Sik Jin, however, ended prematurely, as Kenny was superior and the Koreans outsell even before the 2000 m mark.
