J. De Boisse was a French manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

The company based in Paris began in 1900 with the production of automobiles. 1904 production ended.

Rolling stock

The first model was a tricycle, in which the individual wheel was forward. The water-cooled single-cylinder engine was mounted above the front wheel and drove the front wheel via a chain. Was steered with a long lever. A vehicle of this type took part in the 1901 car race Paris -Bordeaux.

In 1901 appeared a conventional model with a built-in motor of De Dion -Bouton with 6 horse power, a De Dion rear axle and shaft drive. 1903 took two vehicles of this type on the car race Paris -Madrid part.

1904 appeared as the last model, a two-cylinder model with an engine of De Dion -Bouton with 12 hp power
