Établissements V. Vermorel was a French company in the field of mechanical engineering.

Company History

The company from Villefranche -sur -Saône presented in 1850 for woodworking machines manufactures and agriculture. 1898 presented a Victor Vermorel François Pilain ( 1859-1924 ), who had previously been active in Serpollet La Buire and Société François Pilain. Under his leadership, some cars came to August 1901. Vermorel The brand name was. Only 1908 were once again created automobiles. In 1911 the company employed 800 people. After the death of Victor Vermorel 1927 his son Édouard Vermorel took over the company. 1930 ended the production of automobiles. Trucks created until 1932.
