Donnet - Contin was a French manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

Jérôme Donnet founded in 1924, the company SA des Automobiles Donnet - Zedel and took Zedel. Factories were located in Nanterre and Neuilly -sur -Seine. The brand name was first Donnet - Zedel. Following a name change to SA des Automobiles Donnet changed the brand name in 1928 Donnet. In December 1934 ended production. Henri Théodore Pigozzi took over the plants in Nanterre and founded Simca Contin - Souza took over twelve finished vehicles and parts and machinery, manufactured until 1936 for some vehicles and sold them under the old brand name Donnet.

Contin - Souza drove the twelve vehicles of model Donna Star, which originated in 1934, in 1935. Moreover, the company introduced an improved version of D 35 ago, which resembled the former models of Renault. The sale ran until 1936.
