Dmitri Soloviev

Dmitri Soloviev (Russian: Дмитрий Владимирович Соловьёв; born July 18, 1989 in Moscow ) is a Russian figure skater who starts in ice dancing.

His Eistanzpartnerin is since 2000 Ekaterina Bobrova. The couple trained at Jelena and Svetlana Alekseeva Kustarowa in Moscow.

2007 Bobrowa and Soloviev in Oberstdorf World Junior Champion.

Due to the injury-related withdrawal of Oksana Domnina and Maxim Shabalin Bobrowa and Soloviev, in 2008 for the first time participate in Gothenburg at the World Championships, where they finished in 13th place. Her debut at the European Championships as well as Olympic Games they had in 2010 and ended it on the ninth or 15th place. In their second appearance at the World Championships in the same year they were eighth.

In the year 2011 Bobrowa and Soloviev went for the first time as Russian champions. At the European Championships in Bern them succeeded in winning their first medal at a major championship. She won silver behind the French Nathalie Pechalat and Fabian Bourzat. Three months later they arrived at the World Cup at home in Moscow in sixth place her best result at the World Championships. The following year, the ice dance once again took the silver medal behind the French Pechalat / Bourzat and occupied seventh place at the World Championships in Nice at the European Championships in Sheffield.

2013 won Bobrowa and Soloviev with gold at the European Championships in Zagreb her first title in major international championships.

Dmitri Soloviev married in 2006, the former Russian single and pair skater Ekaterina Lobanowa (born 1 February 1991). 2010 was their son Alexander was born. In 2012 the couple divorced. Since mid-2013, Solovyov is dating Ksenija Stolbova.
