The area Dorchester Shores Reservation is a 16.7 -acre state park in Suffolk County in the state of Massachusetts in the United States. The park is managed by the Department of Conservation and Recreation and is part of the Metropolitan Park System of Greater Boston. The area consists of three components, located at the eastern border of Boston's Dorchester.
Description
The reserve is open daily from sunrise to sunset and includes the Malibu Beach and the Beach Tenean two beaches as well as the Victory Road Park a park along the extended mouth of the Neponset River in the Boston Harbor.
Recreation and leisure activities
The park has a bathhouse, picnic areas, sports fields and opportunities for fishing and swimming.
