Quincy Shore Drive

The Quincy Shore Drive is a little more than 3 mi (5 km ) of coastline road in the city of Quincy, Massachusetts in the United States. It was created in 1903 by landscape architect Charles Eliot, in collaboration with the architectural firm of Olmsted Brothers and recorded occasion of its 100th anniversary in 2003 as a Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places. The road is managed by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR ) and is part of the Metropolitan Park System of Greater Boston.
