The Waverly Oaks in Beaver Brook Reservation

The area Beaver Brook Reservation is a 24 -acre State Park in Belmont and Waltham, Massachusetts United States. The park is managed by the Department of Conservation and Recreation and is part of the Metropolitan Park System of Greater Boston. It is the first protected area, which was designated by the then newly founded Metropolitan Park Commission in 1893.

In the park there are several areas of forest, wetlands and open sports courts, a cascading waterfall and a way to tread water. A portion of the parking area belonged to 19th century Robert Morris Copeland, whose house can be seen today in the park. There is also seen a place where the materials were fulled in the 19th century.

The park can be explored on foot or on safe cycle paths, even when fishing is allowed. In addition, there are regular training events on the site.
