Fontana (or Il- Fontana ) is a village in the heart of Gozo Island of Malta. There live 848 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2010).

Fontana is a suburb of Victoria Rabat on the road from Rabat to Xlendi. The inhabitants call their village " Triq tal- Għajn " (Eng. Quellenstraße ). This name comes from a source ( it.: fontana ) on the road to Xlendi ago, known as " Il- Għajn il - Kbira " (Eng.: Great Sources ) is known. In the 16th century a source version with arcades as washing area for residents was established.

The local church was built in 1892-1904. It is the heart of Jesus ordained, in whose honor also the annual village festival around the third week of June is celebrated.
