History

The first mention is found in the Hohenlohe documents from the year 1252. Geroldshausen was part of the manor of the Barons Wolffskeel of Reichenberg, which belonged to the Frankish knights circle. It was mediated by the Grand Duchy of Würzburg and fell with this 1814 Bavaria.

Religions
