Herschbach, Wallmerod
Herschbach ( Oberwesterwald ) is a municipality in the Westerwald district in Rhineland- Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Wallmerod. Herschbach is a nationally recognized resort.
Geography
The community lies in the Westerwald between Montabaur and Hachenburg.

History
Herschbach was first mentioned in documents as Hader ego Bach in 1290.
On January 1, 1976, the name component " ( Oberwesterwald District)" in " (Upper Westerwald) " has been changed.
