I Married Marge

Looking back on marital happiness (English title: I Married Marge) is the 12th episode of the third season of the television series The Simpsons. Julie Kavner, the spokeswoman of the original margin, winning by this episode at the Emmy Awards 1992 in the category Outstanding Voice-Over Performance.

Marge feels bad and thinks she's pregnant, so she goes to the doctor. Homer is not very enthusiastic and comes to talk to his children about the first pregnancy of her mother.

It's 1980, Homer and Marge start to get closer to and look at, among others, the movie Star Wars. After their romance they go to Dr. Hibbert, who told them she was pregnant. The couple is getting married. From shortage of money Homer must give up the mini-golf and to apply for the nuclear plant, but this is not working his job. Homer thinks he is a bad husband and leaves margin, in which he writes in a letter that he would send her all the money he has, and he only comes back when he thinks he's a real man. Patty and Selma, the two sisters of Marge, see him later at a fast food restaurant. When Marge finds out, she tells her husband that he should come back, which he does. He marches direct to the office of Mr. Burns, the owner of the nuclear power plant, and explained to him complete loyalty. Homer is set in the power plant and goes to the hospital to see his first child, which he calls a beard.

According to the story margin comes back from the doctor and said that she was not pregnant. Both rejoice over them, and clap their hands.
