Justin Gimelstob

Justin Gimelstob ( born January 26, 1977 in Livingston, New Jersey ) is a former American professional tennis player.

In 1995, he earned a degree at the Newark Academy. The following year, he became a professional tennis player. His first doubles title he won in 1997 in Newport and in the same year the Hopman Cup on the side of Chanda Rubin. On the side of Venus Williams, he won the 1998 Mixed at the Australian Open in 1998 and French Open 1998. Place with 63 he attained on 9 April 1999 his highest individual ranking. The ATP finals in Newport, he lost in 2006 against Mark Philippoussis.

Its 13 participating in the 2007 U.S. Open was his last. In October 2007, he finished his career.

Controversy
