Les Ulis

Les Ulis is a commune in the outskirts of Paris with 24 641 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Essonne in the Ile- de -France region of France.

Geography

Les Ulis is located 23km southwest of the city center in the Unité urbaine of Paris.

History

The town of Les Ulis was on 17 February 1977 by the sub-prefecture Palaiseau an independent municipality. The settlement was founded in 1963 to 1979.
