The betting king (English title: Lisa the Greek) is the 14th episode of the third season of the series The Simpsons. She won performance at the Emmy Awards 1992 in the category of voice-over.

Homer looks at home a footbal game and betting on the wrong team. Here, Lisa shows him her homemade one-bedroom apartment for their Barby doll. Homer shows no interest. Lisa complains at margin on which advises her that she should give Homer attention. So Lisa and Homer see together the football game: at Miami Dolphins against the Cincinnati Bengals. Homer would bet again, Lisa suggests the Dolphins. When, as Lisa has said, the team has won, Homer notices that his daughter is very good at betting. Both now spend every Sunday together time. Lisa is pleased with the recognition of his father. Wanting When Lisa Homer makes the proposal to go with him on Sunday after the final Hiking, Homer replies that he has already promised Barney to go bowling together with him and comforted them in the beginning of the next season. So Lisa noticed that Homer has it exploited merely for the betting and has not even interested in her person. But look yet together in the final.
