Mikhail Kozlovskiy

Mikhail Sergeyevich Koslowski, also Mikhail Kozlovskiy (Russian: Михаил Сергеевич Козловский; born October 17, 1989 in Leningrad ) is a Russian auto racing driver. It starts in 2013 in the World Touring Car Championship ( WTCC).

Career

Koslowski began his motorsport career in karting in 2004, where he remained active until 2005. In 2005 he moved to Formula racing and was fifth in the Formula Russia. In 2006 he competed in the Russian Formula 1600 and placed ninth overall.

After a year's break Koslowski changed in 2008 in the touring car racing. He immediately won the Russian Cup SEAT León. In 2009, he joined the Russian Touring Light Championship and was driving a Ford Fiesta. After Koslowski had in his first season reached the second place, he won the championship in 2010. In 2011 he took part in the European Production Series. In 2012, he received a cockpit in a Lada Granta in the Russian Touring Car Championship ( RTCC ). He finished the season in seventh place.

2013 Koslowski was a driver of the Touring Car squad the oil company Lukoil and should be used in the Russian series. After his compatriot Alexei Dudukalo the season opener of the FIA World Touring Car Championship ( WTCC) had been irreparably damaged by triggering an internal team conflict both Lada Granta Lukoil Racing, the team Koslowski committed as a substitute for Dudukalo. He climbed to the second race weekend of the 2013 season in the World Cup one.
