Lukoil

Lukoil (own spelling LUKOIL, Russian ЛУКОЙЛ ) is the largest Russian oil company. The now international company is listed on the RTS index.

Positioning in the market

Lukoil is the sixth- largest publicly traded oil company in the world and the first in Russia, which is vertically integrated.

History

On November 25, 1991, the state oil company LangepasUraiKogalymneft ( LUKOIL ) ( ЛангепасУрайКогалымнефть ( ЛУКОЙЛ ) ) was created processing plants oil producing and of several smaller by order of the Council of Ministers of the Soviet Union.
