Community structure
The municipality consists of the villages Natendorf Haarstorf, Hohenbünstorf, Luttmissen, Natendorf, Oldendorf II, Schier, Vinstedt and Wessenstedt as well as the living quarters Good Golste, Heerweghof, Nienbüttel and wine Berghof.
History
Incorporations
On 1 July 1972, the municipalities Haarstorf, Hohenbünstorf, Oldendorf II, Vinstedt and Wessenstedt were incorporated.

- The Catholic faithful belong to the St. Joseph's parish in Bad Bevensen.
