Pinhal Interior Norte Subregion

Pinhal Interior Norte is a statistical subregion of Portugal. It is part of the Centro Region and divided into the districts of Coimbra and Leiria. To the north is bordered Dão Lafões, in the east Serra de Estrela and Cova da Beira, in the south Pinhal Interior Sul and Medio Tejo and the west Pinhal Litoral and Baixo Mondego to the region. Area: 2617 km ². Population (2001): 138 543 The subregion is divided into 14 counties:
