Ron Andruff

Ronald Nicholas "Ron" Andruff (* July 10, 1953 in Port Alberni, British Columbia ) is a retired Canadian ice hockey player (Center) of 1974 to 1982 for the Montreal Canadiens and Colorado Rockies in the National Hockey League and the Mannheimer ERC and the Düsseldorf EC played in the hockey league.

Career

Ron Andruff was elected as a striker from the Montreal Canadiens in the NHL Amateur Draft 1973 in the second round, 32nd position. In the same year he wanted the Winnipeg Jets undertake that at the time were still in a Konkurrenliga the National Hockey League, the World Hockey Association. Andruff but opted for the NHL, but had to play the first three years in a farm team of the Canadiens at the Nova Scotia Voyageurs of the American Hockey League and arrived in Montreal at this time only six are used.
