Ryan Caldwell ( * June 15, 1981 in Brandon, Manitoba ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who played in the DEL for the Nuremberg Ice Tigers since April 2013.

Career

Caldwell began his career in 1999 in the U.S. Junior League United States Hockey League at the Thunder Bay Flyers. After a good season in which the 1.89 cm defender was able to achieve 23 points scorer in 46 games, he got in the summer of 2000, a scholarship to the University of Denver, where he henceforth in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association, a league in the play mode the National Collegiate Athletic Association played.

During the NHL Entry Draft 2000, the defender of the New York Islanders was selected in the seventh round in a total of 202 point.
