San Salvo
San Salvo is a municipality with 19,653 inhabitants in the province of Chieti, in the Abruzzo region. In March 2007, the town received its town charter by the President of the Republic of Italy. The nearby towns are Vasto, Vasto and Monte di Bisaccia (CB).
Economy
Most important source of income is agriculture (fishing, olive oil production, viticulture). There is industrial undertaking are, inter alia, S.I.V. (now Pilkington ), Magneti Marelli / Denso (Toyota Group). Other source of income for the city is tourism.
