Scerni
Scerni ( in the local dialect: Scirne ) is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 3359 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Chieti in the Abruzzo region. The community is located about 41 kilometers southeast of Chieti. The eastern boundary of the municipality is the Sinello.
History
Scerni is first mentioned in a deed of the monastery of Santo Stefano in Rivo Maris.
