The Highway 16 on the Canadian prairies province of Saskatchewan is part of the Trans-Canada Highway network. This part operates under the name Yellowhead Highway and crosses the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan to Manitoba. Route

The route begins at the Alberta border in the city of Lloydminster, which belongs to both Alberta and Saskatchewan, Alberta and Saskatchewan on Highway 17 takes you to the east and reaches about 50 km west of Battleford into the valley of the North Saskatchewan River.
