Stefan Ustorf

Stefan Ustorf ( born January 3, 1974 in Kaufbeuren ) is a former German professional ice hockey player and son of former ice hockey player and coach Peter Ustorf.

Career

The 1.81 -meter center began his professional career with his hometown club ESV Kaufbeuren and played for this 1991-1994 three seasons in the Hockey League. Then Ustorf moved to North America, where he tried his hand in the National Hockey League with the Washington Capitals, who had chosen him as the 53rd NHL Entry Draft in 1992 to enforce. After a full season at the Farm Team Portland Pirates in the American Hockey League the links Sagittarius fluctuated over the next two seasons between the Pirates and the Washington Capitals. During this time he played 54 NHL games for the capital city.
