Valle de Guadalupe is a municipality in the Mexican state of Jalisco in the Región Sur Altos. The municipality had the Census 2010 6.705 inhabitants; the area of ​​the Municipalities is 353.2 km ².

Greatest place in the municipality and administrative headquarters is the same name Valle de Guadalupe. Four other places have at least 100 inhabitants: La Providencia, Puerta de Macías, Cañada Grande and El Rosario. The municipality comprises a total of 86 villages.

The municipality borders the San Gabriel Municipalities Cañadas de Obregón, Jalostotitlán, San Miguel el Alto, Tepatitlán de Morelos and Yahualica de González Gallo.
