Vance Plauche

Vance Gabriel Plauche ( born August 25, 1897 in Plaucheville, Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana, † April 2, 1976 in Lake Charles, Louisiana ) was an American politician. Between 1941 and 1943 he represented the state of Louisiana in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

Vance Plauche attended both private and public schools. By the year 1914 he was at St. Francis Xavier's College. Then he studied until 1918 at Loyola University in New Orleans. At the end of the First World War, he was employed for a short time as a soldier in a hospital in Italy. After studying law and its made ​​in 1918 admitted to the bar he began in Lake Charles to work in his new profession. Between 1928 and 1932 he was there -city lawyer.
