Yamaha TW200
The Yamaha TW (Yamaha Trailway ) is a light motorcycle or motorcycle Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Yamaha. In Germany and most other European countries, the Yamaha TW was offered as a 125 cc version. Furthermore, there is the TW with a 200 cm ³ and a 225 cc engine.
All Yamaha TW 130s are equipped with a front tire ( 130/80-18 ) and a 180 rear tire ( 180/80-14 ). Yamaha TW200 The frame and chassis are identical to Yamaha TW125 in principle. The engine has a displacement of 200 cc with a bore of 67.0 mm and a stroke of 55.7 mm. Start of production: 1987 Sold in ... to: USA today ( see 2012 model on the Yamaha side; Version of November 2011). Japan to 2001 (after the model change was made to the TW225 ) Since the U.S. state of California has more stringent emission standards than the rest of the United States, Yamaha offers a modified version of California ( in the table as Cal. Marked).
The route to Europe were only a few TW200. Spain was the only European country in which the TW200 was officially imported. Almost all TW200 which are found in Europe, came from Spain, or imported by a few traders on their own in the jeweile country.
Yamaha TW225 The frame and chassis are identical to Yamaha TW125 in principle. The engine has a displacement of 225 cc with a bore of 70.0 mm and a stroke of 58.0 mm. Start of production: 2002 Sold in ... to: Japan to 2007
Officially, the TW225 was sold only in Japan. Few TW225 were applied in Asian countries imported ( gray imports). In Europe, it is almost impossible to get a TW225, since there was no importer or distributor who imported this machine to Europe.
