1980 Masters (snooker)

The Benson & Hedges Masters in 1980 was a snooker invitation tournament of the season 1979/80, which was held in London from 6 to 10 February 1980 at the Wembley Conference Centre. It was the sixth edition of the Masters.

The Northern Irishman Alex Higgins reached for the third time in a row the Masters Finals, but there had to be a Welshman Terry Griffiths defeated with 5:9. On his way to the finals Higgins was able to defeat the defending champion Perrie Mans in the quarterfinals 5-1.
