2012 Masters (snooker)

The bgc Masters 2012 was a snooker tournament ( invitational tournament ), which was held in London from 15 to 22 January 2012 at Alexandra Palace. Defending champion Ding Junhui was from China, but with 4:6 eliminated already in the first round against Ronnie O'Sullivan. For the first time since its debut in 1989, Stephen Hendry did not participate in the tournament. BGC Partners was the first time an official sponsor of the tournament.

Neil Robertson and Shaun Murphy both stood for the first time in the final of this tournament, won the title of Australians through a 10:6 victory.
