1990 World Weightlifting Championships

The 4th World Weightlifting Championships Women found from May 26 to June 3, 1990 in the Yugoslav city of Sarajevo instead. The 63rd World Weightlifting Championships of the men were from 10 to 18 November 1990 in the Hungarian capital Budapest. They were the last separately discharged world championships. At the of the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF ) in a duel ( tearing and piercing ) discharged competitions took 109 weightlifters from 25 nations and 182 weightlifters from 38 nations participate.
