1974 World Weightlifting Championships

The 48th World Weightlifting Championships of the men were held from 21 to 29 September 1974 in the Philippine capital Manila instead. At the of the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF ) in a duel ( tearing and piercing ) discharged competitions took part 143 weightlifters from 32 nations.
