2004 CAF Champions League
The CAF Champions League 2004 began on 6 March 2004 with the first round and ended on 4 December 2004 with the final second leg between Étoile Sportive du Sahel of Tunisia and Enyimba FC of Nigeria. The winner was the defending champions Enyimba FC, who lost the return match with 1:2 after a 2-1 home victory in the first leg. The team from Nigeria won 8-7 after penalty shoot. This was the second title from FC Enyimba.
A total of 53 teams from 42 state associations participated in the tournament.
First round
First leg on March 6 and 7, second legs on 19 and 21 March.
