2004 COSAFA Cup
The eighth edition of the COSAFA Cup, officially COSAFA Castle Cup 2004 was held until November 20, 2004 by June 13. Eight teams from the South African space played for the title of South Africa champion. Angola won his third title. The preliminary round was held until May 9, from 10 January.
Game Mode
For the final round of the tournament, the top four of the last tournament qualified automatically. The remaining eight participants were playing in the first round, the four winners of which qualified for the finals. The tournament was continued in all-in - system.
1 round / qualification
The first round was held until 9 May 2004 by January 10. Mauritius, Botswana, Mozambique and Angola were able to qualify for the finals.
