2012 Global Champions Tour
The Global Champions Tour 2012 is the seventh season of the Global Champions Tour, an international tournament series in the show jumping. It applies in addition to the FEI Nations Cup as the most important tournament series in the "green season " (the period in which equestrian events due to weather conditions outside of halls can be performed).

The end of the tournament series
The tournaments that take place within the framework of the Global Champions Tour 2012, are mostly in Europe performed (ten stations ). Rule change

The tests
1st test: Doha
The Global Champions Tour tournament of Qatar took place from April 5 to April 7, 2012 at the Qatar Racing & Equestrian Club in Doha instead.

2nd test: Oliva
The Spanish Global Champions Tour tournament was first held not directly in Valencia, but a good 80 miles south in Oliva on the Mediterranean coast instead. In the first round of testing mainly the allowed time turned out as a difficulty. 3rd test: Hamburg

4th test: Wiesbaden

5th Test: Cannes

6 Examination: Monaco
The Global Champions Tour tournament of Monaco will take place until 30 June 2012 on the banks of the Boulevard Albert 1er at Port Hercule from June 28. The tournament takes place on a temporary backfill for the clay court event.

As the first Swiss rider Christina Liebherr went into the final jump-off, but had an obstacle drop and thus was fourth. 7 test: Portugal

8 test: Chantilly
The second French leg of the Global Champions Tour was held from July 20 to July 22, 2012 on the grounds of the racetrack on the outskirts of the castle of Chantilly instead. 9 test: Valkenswaard

10 Check: Lausanne

The here inaugural Grand Prix was designed by the Swiss course designer Rolf Lüdi. The exam was held on September 15, 2012 from 18 clock. 12 Check: Abu Dhabi
For the second time Abu Dhabi has hosted a stage of the Global Champions Tour. The tournament took place from 22 November to 24 November 2012 at the Al Forsan International Sports Resort, the special stage was carried out on 24 November from 18:45 clock to local time.
