Arnold (automobile)

Arnold was a British manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

The company Arnold Motor Carriage Co of William Arnold started in 1895 in East Peckham with the production of automobiles. As early as 1898 the production was stopped again.

Rolling stock

The models were similar to the early models of Benz, however, were equipped with engines of own production, which were arranged in the rear. There was the two-seater Phaeton body styles and four-seat Dos -à- Dos, where the passengers sat back to back.

A car of this brand is on display at the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. It occasionally takes on the London Brighton Run in England in part.
