Imperial was a British manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

The company Imperial Autocar Manufacturing Co Limited began in 1900 in Manchester with the production of automobiles. 1905 production ended.

Rolling stock

The first two models were the 3 ½ HP with a single cylinder engine under the seat in the car body form vis -à-vis and 6 HP with a two-cylinder, front-engine, four-seater tonneau shape of the body. Shortly thereafter, the single cylinder model 6 HP came with a chassis of Lacoste & Battmann it.

A car of this brand is on display at the Museum of Science & Industry in Manchester in Manchester.
