Blissestraße (Berlin U-Bahn)

The metro station is a station Blissestraße the U7 of Berlin's subway. The name goes back to the family Blisse, after the Blissestraße is named. The station is located in the Berlin district of Wilmersdorf street in the center, was opened on 29 January 1971 and is part of the first north-western extension of the U7. The station, which is referred to in the station list of the BVG as Bli, though has an escalator but no elevator, so it is not accessible. The station was designed by Rainer G. Rümmler and has a distinctive sound insulating ceiling structure. In the 2000s, the tiled walls was renewed.

The station to be accessible rebuilt and installed two elevators until 2016.

Connection

At the metro station is a transfer possibility of the U7 to the bus lines 101, 104 and 249 of the Berlin Transport Authority.
