Boniface N'Dong
Boniface N'dong ( born September 3, 1977 in Mbour, Senegal ) is a former Senegalese- German basketball player. N'dong, comparatively late began his career as a professional in Germany, managed with 28 years briefly made it into the highest prize U.S. professional league NBA. After returning to Europe, he played in Russia and Spain, where he the highest European club competition ULEB Euro Cup 2009/ 10 as well as the Spanish Double in 2011 and each another league and cup titles won with FC Barcelona. Career
N'dong first played only in his native Senegal basketball before he came to Germany in 1999, where he played in the 2nd Basketball Bundesliga 1999/2000 for the SpVgg Rattelsdorf in the Southern group. With this club he managed in the league and joined the regional league rivals TSV Tröster from Breitengüßbach, who had previously missed in the relegation round barely move up to the highest German league.
